CHESTNUT STREET AND 14TH AVENUE CLOSURES
Bowling Green, KY The North-bound lane of 14th Avenue between Chestnut Street and State Street will be closed from Monday, October 6, through Friday, October 10, 2008 from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The road will be opened nightly. This Construction is required for ADA compliancy updates by the Public Works Department
Chestnut Street will be closed to through traffic from 12th Avenue to 13th Avenue from Monday, October 6 through Saturday, October 11, 2008 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The same area of Chestnut Street will also be partially closed from Monday, October 13, through Friday October 17, 2008 for resurfacing by Scottys Contracting.
The full Chestnut closure will be due to curb and gutter construction on the north side of the road.
Detours will be posted and long delays can be expected.
